One-room studio apartment in the center

The apartment has a comfortable sleeping place, kitchen, bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay. What is available to the guest  Comfortable sleeping place - a large double bed in a retro style with beautiful bedding. The bedroom also has a two-door tall wardrobe, a large wall mirror, circular lighting, and a bright interior that visually expands the space.  Kitchen with everything you need - you will have a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a built-in gas stove, a table with chairs, a washing machine at your disposal. The kitchen has all the necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils, pots and a frying pan for cooking. There are cups and saucers for hot drinks, as well as glasses and glasses.  Bathroom - the minimum area of the apartment was not reflected in any way on convenience. The apartment has a closed bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. All plumbing is working properly. There is round-the-clock access to hot water (a gas boiler is installed in the apartment).  Extras - TV with cable TV, Wi-Fi, autonomous heating, iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, hangers, cleaning products, liquid soap. What is near the house One of the main advantages of this apartment is its location. The apartments are within walking distance from the most interesting places in Lviv. Nearby are:  Shopping centers - "Roksolana" and the largest shopping center "Forum Lviv".  Supermarkets - "Arsen" and "Silpo". Also nearby there are many small grocery minimarkets and the Galitsky market.  Popular cafes and restaurants - "Grushevsky", "Split", "Cloud", Beer Theater "Pravda", Ribnaya under the Arsenal, Bachevsky Restoration. McDonald`s, Kriivka and many others.  Theaters and cinemas - Drama Theater. Zankovetskoy, Opera and Ballet Theater, Cinema "Planeta Kino".  Cultural attractions - High Castle, Pototskikh Palace, Market Square, etc. Important information for guests  Check in from 14:00 - Check out until 11:00. For late check-in and early check-out (from 22:00 to 08:00) there is an additional payment of UAH 250.  It is forbidden to create parties and smoke in the apartment! Quiet hour from 23:00 - 8:00.  Pets are allowed (by prior agreement).  Long-term stays over 28 days are possible.
