One room apartment in a beautiful area

There are shopping centers, cafes, restaurants, places for leisure and recreation nearby. What is available to the guest  Comfortable bedroom - with a spacious King Size bed, bedside tables and everything you need for a comfortable sleep.  Built-in kitchen - with an electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, gas stove, luxurious lighting and a large dining table with chairs. The kitchen also has a double sofa bed, washing machine and plasma TV.  Practical bathroom - with toilet, shower, washbasin, large mirror and spacious furniture.  Useful extras - Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron, cutlery and kitchen utensils, dishes (including for cooking), glasses, cups and glasses, wardrobe in the hallway.  Stunning interior - contemporary design with pleasant light colors. For late check-in and early check-out (from 22:00 to 08:00) there is an additional payment of UAH 250.  Parties, events and smoking are prohibited in the apartment! Quiet hour from 23:00 - 8:00.  You can live with pets in agreement with the owner.  Accommodation is available for rent for guests aged 21 and over! Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to stay with their parents or trusted adults.
