One-room apartment in a new building

The apartment has everything you need for a weekend getaway or long stays. What is available to the guest:  Luxurious bedroom - with a luxurious king size double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and TV. There is a comfortable table with comfortable chairs near the panoramic window.  Modern bathroom - exquisite finishes, comfortable bathroom with shower, toilet, stylish washbasin, large illuminated mirror.  Beautiful kitchen - with a large sofa bed, dining table and chairs near the window, plasma TV and full furniture. The kitchen also has all the necessary appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. Crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses are also included.  Convenient entrance hall - in order to maximize the comfort for residents and free up space in the room, a wardrobe and a washing machine are located in the hallway.  Nice extras - iron, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, heating and hot water, tumble dryer, basic necessities. What is near the house:  Parking - free parking space in the yard. There is also paid street parking outside the territory.  Shopping centers - "Auchan" and "Forum Lviv", where you can have fun, buy the necessary goods and clothes, dine.  Cafes and restaurants - McDonald's, SushiYa, Vareniki Tut, Khinkalnya.  Market Square - with famous all over Ukraine establishments “Kriivka”, Rebernaya under the Arsenal, Restoration of the Bachevskys, Beer Theater “Pravda”, etc.  Places for cultural recreation - Drama Theater. Zankovetskaya, Opera and Ballet Theater, Potocki Palace, 700th Anniversary Park, High Castle. Important information for guests:  Check in from 14:00 - Check out until 11:00. For late check-in and early check-out (from 22:00 to 08:00) there is an additional payment of UAH 250.  It is forbidden to host parties and use tobacco products! Quiet hour from 23:00 - 8:00.  Pets are allowed, if agreed with the owner.  Accommodation is available for rent for guests aged 21 and over! Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to stay with their parents or trusted adults.
